(1) Apollo Scott, Reuben Sanchez, Danielle Brocker, and their family and friends used the road that runs in front of 705 Summerset Way (JDubrow), circles around and runs behind 705 Summerset Way and in front of 732 West Road (RSanchez), to wage a relentless, daily/nightly campaign of crimes between February 2021-April 2022, including harassment/stalking (1000+ times), theft, trespassing (25+ times), threats to kill, and assaults/attempts to kill
(1 time DBrocker, 2 times RSanchez). (See chronology and videos/other evidence below for the level of violence and insanity I've experienced since February 2021.)
(2) WCSO consistently refused to review thousands of videos of the crimes or accept them as evidence, and consistently failed to respond to my 911 calls reporting the crimes, including on 9/16/2021 when Reuben Sanchez spent over 2 hours harassing/stalking and taunting me about WCSO letting him get away with trying to kill me on 9/14/2021, in retaliation for the 9/6/2021 criminal trespass charge filed against him.
(3) I never trespassed on Reuben Sanchez's property and only went on the road near his house (732 West Road)
10-15 times between February 2021-April 2022 to (1) take daily/nightly walks; (2) take pictures of license plates of his fellow daily/nightly harassers/stalkers; (3) take pictures of the construction business he started, in violation of GLC CC&Rs and Whatcom County zoning code for our neighborhood (only "cottage industries" are allowed).

Bought 705 Sumerset Way, Sedro Woolley 98284 in Glenhave Lakes Community (GLC).
Paid AScott $100/hour to move dirt onto three large trees' eroding root systems.
In conversation at my house with Gabe Nelson (son-in-law of Bekki Dodd, GLC office manager, and volunteer firefighter with Fire District 18 who lives two blocks away from me), (1) I told him I wouldn't buy a handgun for protection because my dad killed himself with a handgun, and I never wanted guns in my house again and (2) he told me he personally witnessed Deputy Thompson regularly dismissing GLC community member 911 calls (on a police call monitoring system) and that everything community members said to Deputy Thompson went straight back to the criminals he'd befriended and protected (which I also found true) because "They're always respectful to me."
